I have replaced the cable and attached the camera but when turning on, the camera goes crazy, and all the parts get very warm after a few seconds. I have watched loads of Youtube videos about this and followed
The upgraded DJI remote control unit. The most dramatic change you will see when using the upgraded version has to do with the remote control. It comes with new features, including a gimbal control dial, built-in and rechargeable LiPo battery, and battery level LED indicators. The new TX is compatible with the Phantom 2 Vision+, Phantom 2

No video or camera control on Phantom 4 Pro. 2#. My Phantom 4 Pro has been having video signal problems for the past month. It started with flickering and time lag, and now the video only shows static snow. This is happening in many different places, and I’m sure the most recent ones were free from any radio signal interference.

I carried out the latest firmware update on my Phantom 4 in late January 2020. The firmware installation failed and the camera stopped operating. All was working correctly prior to the update. I tried the DJI Assistant 2 to no avail to repair the issue. I then contacted Ferntech NZ Ltd and sent my P4 to them in early February 2020.
Offline. 5#. According to your OP, you have a DJI Phantom 2 Vision. The black screen cannot be repaired on those. You would have to replace the camera. However, based on the image you provided, the camera is not binded to the range extender which means the FPV may be working just fine although it's not likely.

I have charged everything up, have upgraded the software and firmware all to the latest versions. I have gone thru the rebinding steps for binding range extender to the camera
